How to Bid Online

Buying a property at Auction in Tenerife is easy. You can Bid onLine. If your bid is accepted by the vendor then the property is sold to you.

We know its not always easy to hop on a plane to view a property that's why we can provide a virtual tour so that you the bidder can see the property in as much detail as possible.

Should you wish to Bid on Line then the process is very simple.

1. View the properties you are interested in from our online Auction Catalogue. We can also post you a catalogue or you can download one online. We can arrange appointments for you to view any property in person.

2. Complete our online Bidding Form the link can be found underneath every property featured in our auction property section and ensure that you have included all the relevant information. We will then contact you to confirm the details. Remember if your bid is accepted we will need to receive your deposit so that we can begin the purchasing process.

3. We will display all online bids against the properties so that buyers can follow the bidding. You must bid higher than any preceeding bid in order to succeed.

4. If successful you are required to pay the 1000 euros deposit by bank transfer into our client account.

5. We will email/fax you the sales contract to complete and return. Completion normally takes place 1-2 months thereafter.

6. If your bid is unsuccessful, you will be notified and have the option to raise your bid.
