1. Is buying property through an online auction safe in Tenerife?
Absolutely. Buying a property online at auction in Tenerife is safe
and easy to do. All our properties are checked for title deed,
debt and ownership.
2. Do I need to register to bid?
All bidders will be asked to register their bids online
3. If I pull out will I lose my deposit?
Yes. In accordance with Spanish Law - if you default on the purchase
you will lose your deposit so please be absolutely sure before
you commit yourself
4. How can I pay for my property?
If you are successful then you will be contacted by one of our agency staff who will discuss your purchasing options be they mortgage, loans or indeed cash.
5. Can I view the Properties for Auction?

6. If I buy as an investment can you manage my property?
Yes. We can offer you a property management scheme whereby

7. Do you arrange inspection tours?
We do not arrange inspection tours as such but we can arrange
for viewings and assistance with finding flights, accommodation
locally and car hire.
8. What are the costs of buying at Auction?
Other than your normal legal/coveyancing costs (approx 10-12%)
- which your lawyer will advise you of there are no further costs
involved. Auctions in Tenerife do not charge any fees to the buyer
and entrance to the Auction Room is free of charge.
9. Am I really going to pick up a bargain?

in two ways. Firstly it allows you to pick up a bargain property
at below market valuation. Secondly it allows you to also off
load a property quickly if you need to raise money for an alternative

island - and remember its cheaper to mortgage here at approx
3.25% than it is to raise the money in the UK or elsewhere.
